Ingredients :
6 tbsp butter or margarine
6 tbsp flour
3/4 tsp salt
1/8 tsp pepper
1 1/2 cups milk
2 hard-cooked eggs, diced
Method :
Melt butter in saucepan. Sprinkle in flour, salt and pepper. Let bubble. Remove from heat and add milk all at once. Stir to blend and return to moderate heat. Cook until thick and smooth, stirring constantly. Add hard-cooking eggs and beat well.
