Peppy Potato Salad Recipes

Ingredients :

1 cup whipping cream

1.5 cups plain yogurt

1 envelope leek soup mix

1/4lb farmer's (Colby) cheese, grated

Method :

Whip cream until soft peaks form. Stir in yogurt, dry soup mix and cheese. Chill.
