1/4 cup thinly slivered orange rind
1/2 cup orange juice
1 cup corn syrup
1/4 tsp chopped ginger root
Cut all white
membrane from inside orange rind and discard. Sliver enough of the
orange rind to make 1/4 cup (60ml). Combine rind with remaining
ingredients and use to brush on cooked capos as directed.
