Method :

In small saucepan, combine 1 tbsp
finely chopped onion and 1/3 cup dry white wine.

Cook till wine is reduced by half.

Remove from heat and stir in 3 tbsp
butter, 1 tbsp snipped parsley, and dash each salt and pepper.

Serve with steak.
