Ingredients :

2 teaspoons
medium tomato, peeled, cut in 6-8 wedges and seeded
sugar
butter or margarine
chopped garlic onion
dry sherry
small clove garlic, chopped
snipped parsley
Sprinkle tomato wedges with sugar; set aside.
Melt the 2 teaspoons butter in skillet.
Add green onion; heat through.
Add wine; cook and stir till liquid is slightly reduced.
Add tomato; heat through. (Do not allow wedges to lose shape)
Add remaining ingredients.
Heat, stirring gently, till butter melts.
Season to taste with salt and pepper.
Serve over Charcoal Broiled Steak.
