Ingredients :
125ml low fat natural yoghurt
2 tbsp crushed pineapple
1 tbsp finely chopped gherkin
pinch of cayenne pepper
Use this sauce as an accompaniment to fish or as a dressing for potato salad.
Makes : 250ml (8 fl oz)
