finely chopped fresh parsley
finely chopped mixed fresh herbs - use a mixture of 3 of the following:
basil, chervil, rosemary, chives, fennel, thyme, tarragon
- In a small bowl, combine all the ingredients.
- Chill in the refrigerator before serving.
To serve - Use as an accompaniment to grilled fish.
To vary - The use of different herbs will significantly.
