Tartar Sauce Recipes

Ingredients :

250ml low fat natural yoghurt

2 tsp chopped capers

1 dill cucumber, chopped

3 tsp finely chopped fresh parsley

1 tsp finely chopped mixed fresh herbs - use a mixture of 3 of the following: basil, chervil, rosemary, chives, fennel, thyme, tarragon

Method :
  1. In a small bowl, combine all the ingredients.
  2. Chill in the refrigerator before serving.

To serve - Use as an accompaniment to grilled fish.

To vary - The use of different herbs will significantly.

Makes : 250ml (8 fl oz)
