Ingredients :

2 tablespoons
1 tablespoon
medium sized prawns
eggs, beaten
corn flour
limes
chili sauce
salt to taste
oil for deep frying
Shell the prawns, slit down the back and remove the black vein.
Wash well and drain.
Mix in corn flour and salt to the beaten eggs.
Heat oil in a wok.
Dip the prawns into the batter and deep fry until golden and crispy.
Lift immediately to a serving plate.
Slice the limes thinly and arrange around the prawns.
Serve immediately with chili sauce.
