Mussel Baked with Cheese Recipes

Ingredients :

60gm mussel

5ml lemon juice

5gm salt

5gm white pepper

50gm mozzarella cheese

100ml fish stock

30gm flour

30gm butter

1 no onion

6 pc clove

1 no bay leaf

20ml cooking cream

Method :
  1. Season mussel with lemon juice, salt and pepper.

  2. Melt butter, add in flour and make roux.

  3. Pour fish stock and whisk until slightly thick.

  4. Add in stuffed onion, clove and bay leaf.

  5. Simmer and add in cream.

  6. Put in mussel and topped it with mozzarella cheese.

  7. Bake in oven until cooked.
