Method :

Season
mussel with lemon juice, salt and pepper.

Melt butter, add in flour and make
roux.

Pour fish stock and whisk until
slightly thick.

Add in stuffed onion, clove and bay
leaf.

Simmer and add in cream.

Put in mussel and topped it with
mozzarella cheese.

Bake in oven until cooked.
