Prawn Fritters Recipes

Ingredients :

600 g

2 teaspoons

2 tablespoons

1 teaspoon

prawns, shelled

corn flour

eggs, lightly beaten

sesame oil

butter

salt and pepper to taste

oil for deep frying

Method :
  1. Mince the prawns.

  2. Season with salt and pepper.

  3. Add the corn flour, butter, half the egg mixture and 1 tablespoon sesame oil.

  4. Shape the prawn mixture into bite sized balls and dip in the rest of the egg mixture.

  5. Heat the oil to a high temperature and then add the other tablespoon of sesame oil.

  6. Fry the fritters rolled in crumbs, for about three minutes until golden grown.

  7. Serve with chili sauce.

Serves 4 - 6
