Prawn Fritters Recipes

Ingredients : |

600 g
2 teaspoons
2
2 tablespoons
1 teaspoon |
prawns, shelled
corn flour
eggs, lightly beaten
sesame oil
butter
salt and pepper to taste
oil for deep frying |
Method :

Mince the prawns.

Season with salt and pepper.

Add the corn flour, butter, half the
egg mixture and 1 tablespoon sesame oil.

Shape the prawn mixture into bite
sized balls and dip in the rest of the egg mixture.

Heat the oil to a high temperature and
then add the other tablespoon of sesame oil.

Fry the fritters rolled in crumbs, for
about three minutes until golden grown.

Serve with chili sauce.
