Ingredients :

1/3 cup

1/4 cup

1 tbsp

7.75-ounce can salmon

fine saltine cracker crumbs (14 crackers)

lemon juice

milk

chopped celery

butter or margarine

dash pepper

dash dried dill weed

Method :
  1. Flake salmon (with liquid) into bowl, removing skin and bones.

  2. Stir in remaining ingredients except butter.

  3. Turn into 2-cup casserole.

  4. Dot with butter.

  5. Bake in moderate oven (350°) for 35 minutes.

Makes 2 servings
