Ingredients :

medium raw prawns
fresh red chili
stalk spring onion
spice salt
cloves garlic
corn flour
oil
Slice the chilies and spring onion and soak the prawns for 10 minutes in cold water.
Trim off the legs of the prawns and season with half of the spiced salt.
Leave aside for 15 minutes.
Drain the prawns well and sprinkle on corn flour.
Heat oil and fry garlic for just 30 seconds.
Add the prawns and fry until cooked.
Add the rest of the spiced salt and stir fry on a moderate flame for just 30 seconds.
Dish out and serve immediately.
