Turmeric Prawns with Cashew Nuts Recipe

Ingredients :

Grinded Ingredients

medium-sized prawns, shelled with tail intact

thick coconut milk

water

turmeric

garlic pepper seasoning grinder

kaffir leaves, sliced thinly

cashew nuts, fried crispy

salt to taste

cooking oil

 

stalks lemon grass

pips garlic

shallots

Method :
  1. Heat 3 tablespoons oil and sauté grinded ingredients until fragrant.

  2. Add prawns and cooked until prawns change color.

  3. Add coconut milk, water, turmeric, garlic pepper.

  4. Bring to a boil, add salt to taste and turn off fire.

  5. Sprinkle kaffir leaves and cashew nuts over it

Serves 4
