Ingredients :

Garnish :

15 ml

shelled broad beans (shelled weight)

large onion, sliced

brown stock

cooked dried red kidney beans

whole meal pasta shapes

tomato purée

salt and ground black pepper


chopped parsley

Method :
  1. Simmer the broad beans, onion and stock in a large covered pan for 10 minutes.

  2. Add the kidney beans, pasta and tomato puree, and boil for 13 minutes, or until the pasta is tender.

  3. Garnish with the parsley.

Serves 6

Per Serving : 2 g fat, 16 g fiber.
