Chicken Cheese Soup Recipes

Ingredients :

1/3 cup

1/2 tsp

2 ounces

shredded carrot

chopped onion

butter or margarine

10.5-ounce can condensed cream of chicken soup

Worcestershire sauce

sharp process American cheese, shredded (1/2 cup)

1. Cook carrot and onion in butter till almost tender.

2. Stir in soup.

3. Gradually add 1 cup water and the Worcestershire, mixing till smooth.

4. Heat to boiling; add cheese; stir till melted.

5. Garnish with croutons.
