Ingredients :
1/3 cup
2 tbsp
1
1/2 tsp
2 ounces
shredded carrot
chopped onion
butter or margarine
10.5-ounce can condensed cream of chicken soup
Worcestershire sauce
sharp process American cheese, shredded (1/2 cup)
Cook carrot and onion in butter till almost tender.
Stir in soup.
Gradually add 1 cup water and the Worcestershire, mixing till smooth.
Heat to boiling; add cheese; stir till melted.
Garnish with croutons.
Serves 2
