Huge pots of chili simmer all day at chili
cook-offs, but if it's not a contest, why stand in front of the stove
for hours?
Crushed tomatoes and canned beans are the
key to a speedy homemade chili. If you have frozen hamburger, thaw it
quickly in the microwave.
