Gazpacho (Jack Bradley) Recipes

Ingredients :

1 can stewed tomatoes, or fresh equivalent

1 1/2 cup tomato juice without sugar

1 cucumber with or without peel, chopped

1 bunch of green onions, chopped

3 celery stalks, chopped

2 bell pepper, chopped

1 avocado, chopped

1 garlic cloves, minced

1/4 cup olive oil

2 tbsp vinegar

1 tsp salt

1/2 tsp pepper

Tabasco sauce to taste

Freshly squeezed lime juice to taste

Method :

In a large bowl, mix all the ingredients and stir well. Refrigerate 24 hours before serving cold. This is a cold soup that requires no cooking. It tastes better after the flavors have blended for 24 hours in the refrigerator. Try adding jacamar and other veggies.
