Method :

Mix the tomato puree with the white
stock and stir in the breadcrumbs, vinegar, olive oil and wine.

Stir in the vegetables and parsley
and season will with salt and pepper.

Chill in a covered container for at
least 2 hours, or overnight.

Serve in chilled bowls garnished
with garlic croutons
or sunflower seeds if liked.
