Ingredients :

minced meat
cloves garlic, chopped finely
carrots, sliced
piece ginger, sliced finely
tin button mushrooms
white pepper
corn flour
vegetable oil
Place the minced meat, onions, garlic, salt and pepper in a pot.
Sprinkle in the corn flour and oil.
Knead the mixture and shape into small meat balls 2 cm in diameter.
Boil the carrots, mushrooms and ginger in vegetable or meat stock.
Bring to the boil.
Add in the meatballs and cook for 5 minutes.
Serve hot, garnished with fried shallots.
