Meat Ball Soup Recipes

Ingredients :

400 g

1 tablespoon

minced meat

cloves garlic, chopped finely

carrots, sliced

piece ginger, sliced finely

tin button mushrooms

white pepper

corn flour

vegetable oil

Method :
  1. Place the minced meat, onions, garlic, salt and pepper in a pot.

  2. Sprinkle in the corn flour and oil.

  3. Knead the mixture and shape into small meat balls 2 cm in diameter.

  4. Boil the carrots, mushrooms and ginger in vegetable or meat stock.

  5. Bring to the boil.

  6. Add in the meatballs and cook for 5 minutes.

  7. Serve hot, garnished with fried shallots.
