Mixed Vegetable Soup Recipes

Ingredients :


300 g

250 g




3 cups

1 teaspoon

head of cabbage

mustard greens

fresh beans


small red onions, sliced

clove garlic, sliced



salt and pepper to taste

Method :
  1. Clean the vegetables, cut them and drain them.

  2. Heat the oil and dry the sliced onions and garlic until golden brown.

  3. Add in the water and salt and pepper.

  4. Bring to the boil.

  5. Add in the carrot first, followed by the French beans, cabbage and lastly the greens.

  6. When the vegetables are done, switch off the fire and serve hot.

Serves 4 - 6
