Mixed Vegetable Soup Recipes

head of cabbage
mustard greens
fresh beans
carrot
small red onions, sliced
clove garlic, sliced
water
oil
salt and pepper to taste |
Method :

Clean the vegetables, cut them and
drain them.

Heat the oil and dry the sliced
onions and garlic until golden brown.

Add in the water and salt and
pepper.

Bring to the boil.

Add in the carrot first, followed
by the French beans, cabbage and lastly the greens.

When the vegetables are done,
switch off the fire and serve hot.
