Noodle Soup Recipes

Ingredients :

For Sauce :



2 tablespoons

yellow noodles

fresh prawns

tomatoes, cut into 6

black peppercorns

pieces bean curd, fried and cubed

mustard greens, cut into 3 cm lengths

bean sprouts

cabbage leaves


cloves garlic


salt to taste


chili , sliced thinly

large onion, sliced

thick soy sauce

Method :
  1. Heat oil and fry the sliced shallots and garlic until fragrant.

  2. Add in the prawns and pepper. Mix well.

  3. Add in 6 cups water and bring to boil.

  4. Season to taste.

  5. Add in the cabbage, bean sprouts, mustard greens and fried bean curd.

  6. Put in the noodles and tomatoes.

  7. Cook for 1 minute.

  8. Prepare the sauce by mixing all the ingredients together.

  9. Serve the noodle soup with the sauce.

Serves 4 - 6
