Oriental Seafood Chowder Recipe

Ingredients :

1 cup evaporated filled milk

2 cups cream corn

3.5 cups chicken stock

6 pcs prawns, diced

4 pcs crabmeat sticks, diced

4 pcs egg beancurd, diced

1 small potato, diced

1/2 tsp garlic powder

4 tbsp corn starch

Method :
  1. Bring chicken stock to boil.

  2. Add cream corn, evaporated filled milk, prawns, crabmeat sticks, bean curd and garlic powder.

  3. Mix corn starch with a little water.

  4. Add to mixture and stir well till thickened.

  5. Serve with a dash of sesame oil, pepper and garnish with coriander leaves and bread sticks
