Pheasant with Sour Cream Recipes

Ingredients :

1 pheasant, quartered

1 tbsp butter

1/2 pint of sour cream

1 onion - chopped

Method :

Brown the pheasant in a skillet with butter at medium heat. Place the browned bird in a roasting pin. Mix the sour cream and onion with the fat in the skillet and then pour over the bird. Cover the roasting pan. Place in a 350F oven for 45 minutes. Use the sour cream mixture as the gravy.

Serves 4 - 6
