Method :

Peel the onions, carrots, and potatoes
and slice them into thick rounds on the slicing blade of the food
processor.

Layer the lamb chops in the slow
cooker with the vegetables.

Sprinkle with salt, thyme, and pepper
as you work.

Crumble the stock cubes on top and add
water to cover, stirring the stock cubes in slightly.

Put the lid on and cook on low for
8-10 hours (or on high for 4-5 hours).
