Smoked Salmon Mousse Recipes

Ingredients :

175g smoked salmon pieces

50g cream cheese

150ml pint soured cream

1 tbsp fresh lemon juice

1 tsp grated lemon rind

cayenne pepper

To serve:


pumpernickel, thinly sliced

Method :
  1. Put the smoked salmon into a food processor, process for a few seconds.

  2. Add the cream cheese, soured cream, lemon juice and rind, and process until smooth.

  3. Season the salmon mousse to taste with cayenne pepper.

  4. Serve with crudites and thinly sliced pumpernickel

Serves 7
