Method :

In medium saucepan, cook onion and
green pepper in oil till tender but not brown.

Add next 7 ingredients; mix well.

Add frozen or not frozen meatballs.

Simmer, uncovered, 20-30 minutes,
stirring occasionally.

Serve over hot cooked spaghetti.

Pass grated Parmesan cheese.
