Method :

Cook the spaghetti in a large pan
of boiling, salted water for 12 -13 minutes, or according to the
directions on the packet, until just tender.

Drain and keep hot.

Meanwhile, steam the broccoli or
boil in salted water, until just tender.

Drain thoroughly.

Heat the chicken gently with the
yoghurt, pepper and garlic until just simmering.

Season with salt, pour over the
broccoli and stir in the dates.

Turn the spaghetti into a heated
serving dish, pour the sauce over, toss well and sprinkle with the
nuts.
Serving Suggestion :
A salad of Chinese leaves and tomatoes, or
grated cabbage and celery.
