Method :
- Remove hard strings from snow
beans.
- Blend in boiling water together
with oil and salt.
- Slice preserved sausage.
- Mix pork with water chestnut and
marinade.
- Stir the mixture in one direction
for about 5 minutes to make it sticky.
- Divide mixture into small portions
and chill for 1/2 hour.
- Then knead into balls and arrange
on plate.
- Top each ball with one slice of
preserved sausage.
- Put the rest of sausage in the
center of plate.
- Steam for 10 minutes.
- Add snow beans, steam for 1/2 minute.
- Remove and drain liquid from
steaming snow beans.
- Add sauce, serve.
