Steamed Bean Curd With Ham and Cheese Recipes

Ingredients :

4 pieces cloth wrapped bean curd

38 g ham

2 slices Cheddar cheese

19 g flowering Chinese chives

Sauce :

boiling oil

light soy sauce

Method :
  1. Soak bean curd in diluted salty water and drain.
  2. Cut cheese into 8 small pieces.
  3. Finely chop ham.
  4. Trim and section flowering Chinese chives.
  5. Gently stir fry with oil.
  6. Put 2 pieces of cheese on each bean curd.
  7. Steam over medium heat for 5 minutes.
  8. Sprinkle with ham and steam for 1 minute more.
  9. Put flowering Chinese chives onto bean curd and add sauce.
  10. Serve.
