Method :
- Slice and marinate beef.
- Wash Chinese parsley and separate
into small florets.
- Whisk eggs hard with seasoning.
- Gradually add warm water.
- Whisk again.
- Bring half pot of water to the
boil.
- Steam the serving plate for 1
minute, then wipe dry quickly.
- Add egg liquid.
- Steam over medium heat for 6
minutes, add beef.
- Steam over high heat for another 4
minutes.
- Pour sauce on top and sprinkle
with Chinese parsley, serve hot.
