Steamed Egg With Beef Recipes

Ingredients :

4 eggs

113 g beef

1 plant of Chinese parsley

1 1/4 cup warm water

Seasoning :

1/2 tsp salt

dash of oil

pinch pf pepper

Marinade :

3/4 tsp sugar

3/4 tsp light soy sauce

1/2 tsp caltrop starch

1/3 tsp salt

Sauce :

boiling oil

light soy sauce

Method :
  1. Slice and marinate beef.
  2. Wash Chinese parsley and separate into small florets.
  3. Whisk eggs hard with seasoning.
  4. Gradually add warm water.
  5. Whisk again.
  6. Bring half pot of water to the boil.
  7. Steam the serving plate for 1 minute, then wipe dry quickly.
  8. Add egg liquid.
  9. Steam over medium heat for 6 minutes, add beef.
  10. Steam over high heat for another 4 minutes.
  11. Pour sauce on top and sprinkle with Chinese parsley, serve hot.
