Method :
- Stir fry grated garlic with 1 tbsp
of oil over low heat until fragrant.
- Rub shrimps with salt thoroughly,
drain.
- Place spring onion onto dish.
- Put on shrimps and pour 1/2 tbsp
of garlic oil on top.
- Steam over high heat for 7
minutes.
- Drain liquid from steaming
shrimps.
- Add 1/2 tbsp of grated garlic,
ready to serve
