Steamed Minced Pork and Beef With Silver Fish Recipes

Ingredients :

38 g silver fish

113 g minced pork

113 g minced beef

1 tbsp finely chopped water chestnut

a little Chinese parsley

Marinade (a) :

1/2 tsp ginger juice

1/2 tsp oil

1/2 caltrop starch

Sauce :

light soy sauce, boiling oil

Marinade (b) :

1 tsp sugar

1 tsp light soy sauce

1 tsp caltrop starch

pinch of salt

pinch of pepper

2 tbsp water

Marinade (c) :

1 tsp sugar

1 tsp light soy sauce

1 tsp caltrop starch

pinch of salt

dash of ginger juice

pinch of pepper

2 tbsp water

Method :
  1. Wash and mix silver fish with marinade (a)
  2. Mix pork with marinade (b) and 1/2 tbsp of finely chopped water chestnut.
  3. Mix beef with marinade (c) and 1/2 tbsp of finely chopped water chestnut.
  4. Put pork on one side of plate and steam over high heat for 3 minutes.
  5. Add beef to the other side and place silver fish in the center.
  6. Steam over high heat for another 5 minutes.
  7. Remove and drain liquid from steaming meat and fish.
  8. Add Chinese parsley and sauce, serve.

Serves 4
