Stuffed Fried Fish Rolls With Green Bean Sprouts Recipes

Ingredients :

150 g soybean sprouts

1 packet Japanese fried fish rolls

1 tsp ginger juice

carrot slices or tomato slices

Sauce :

1 tbsp boiling oil with garlic

soy sauce

Method :
  1. Tail and wash soybean sprouts, drain.
  2. Defrost fish rolls.
  3. Soak in salty water for a while, drain.
  4. Stuff each fish roll with some soybean sprouts.
  5. Arrange fish rolls on serving plate.
  6. Pour ginger juice on top.
  7. Steam for 5 minutes.
  8. Take out and drain liquid from steaming fish rolls.
  9. Add sauce and garnish with carrot slices, ready to serve
