Marinated Lamb Cutlets
1/2 cup barbecue sauce
1/4 cup red wine
1 tbsp chopped fresh rosemary
1 onion, thinly sliced
2 cloves garlic, thinly sliced
12 lamb cutlets
parsley, to garnish (optional)
- Combine the barbecue sauce, wine,
rosemary, onion and garlic in a non-metallic dish and add the

- Grill or dry the cutlets over
medium heat for 10 minutes for medium-rare, or until cooked to your
liking, basting with marinade, including the onion.
- Season with pepper, and garnish
- Great with chats
