Preheat the oven to 200C (Gas 6). Place the pizza bases on baking
trays. Spread with tomato paste and
sprinkle with oregano, feta and grated cheeses. Bake for 12 minutes, or until
bubbling. Meanwhile, combine the rocket,
parsley and onion in a bowl. Whisk together the oil, lemon
juice and mustard, then toss through the salad. Top the pizzas with salad and
sprinkle with shaved Parmesan.
