cooked school shrimp, peeled |
Method :
Heat 1 tbsp of the oil in a large
frying pan. Add beaten egg and cook 1-2
minutes each side, remove from pan and cut into thin strips. Heat remaining oil in pan, add
onion and garlic and fry for 2 minutes. Stir in shrimp paste, mixing well. Add all remaining ingredients and
cook for 2-3 minutes, stirring occasionally. Serve topped with sliced egg.
