green cucumber. Cut into thin slices. Arrange in a heart shape. Soak bean
thread noodles. Bring stock to the boil. Simmer bean thread noodles
until tender. Shell
shrimps. Wash and wipe dry. Make deep slit in center. Devein and
marinate for 10 minutes. Scald in hot oil. Heat wok.
Sauté grated garlic with 1 tbsp of oil. Add shrimps. Sizzle wine.
Add bean thread noodles. Mix well. Stir in sauce ingredients. Pour
on top of green cucumber slices.
