Drain
peaches and cube. Rinse
sausages in cold boiled water. Wipe dry. Heat wok
and add oil. Gently fry sausages. Add honey. Shallow fry for a while
over low heat. Dish up. Arrange
sausages and peaches alternately on a bamboo stick. Arrange on
plate. Garnish with strawberry slices and Chinese parsley. Serve
with dipping sauce.
