Chinese Broccoli (Kai Lan) With Oyster Sauce Recipes

Ingredients :

30 g

1/2 teaspoon

1/2 teaspoon

1/4 teaspoon

young fresh Chinese Broccoli (Kai Lan)

rice wine



oyster sauce according to taste

Method :
  1. Boil water in a pot and add in rice wine, salt and sugar.

  2. Dip the Chinese broccoli (kai lan) into the boiling water for a few seconds.

  3. When the Chinese broccoli (kai lan) has softened remove and rinse under running water.

  4. This is to ensure that the Chinese broccoli (kai lan) remains crispy.

  5. Dip into boiling water again.

  6. Drain and cool.

  7. Arrange the Chinese broccoli (kai lan) on a serving plate.

  8. Prepare oyster sauce.

  9. Mix oyster sauce with some hot water to dilute it.

  10. To serve, pour the oyster sauce over the Chinese broccoli (kai lan).
