Ingredients :

black peppercorns
granulated sugar
ripe mango
salt to taste
a small piece of belacan (optional)
Toast the shrimp paste until it is fragrant.
Pound or blend the black pepper, salt and prawn paste until fine.
Pare the mango and slice thinly.
Mix the mango with the ground ingredients and slightly mash the mango.
Serves 4 - 6
