Potatoes Cooking Recipe

Wash large potatoes and cut in quarters lengthwise. Season with "butter" spray, salt, pepper and garlic powder. Wrap securely in heavy-duty aluminum foil and place on barbecue. Potatoes take more time to cook, so put them on first. Pierce with a fork after 30-40 minutes to test doneness. Keep warm on top rack while other veggies are cooked.
