Watercress in Garlic and Oyster Sauce Recipe

Ingredients : |
2 tbsp oil
6 garlic cloves, finely chopped
10 oz watercress
1 tbsp oyster sauce
2 tbsp vegetable stock |
Method :

Heat the oil in a wok or frying pan,
add the garlic and stir-fry until golden.

Add the watercress and stir-fry for 30
seconds, then add the oyster sauce and stock.

Continue to stir-fry vigorously for 1
minute.

Ready to serve.
