Chicken Satay Vietnamese Recipes

Ingredients :

chicken breast, cut into 2.5 cm cubes

minced garlic

small onion, chopped

ground coriander

sugar

mild curry powder

fish sauce

lime juice

vegetable oil

black pepper

chopped onion and cucumber, to garnish

roasted peanuts, crushed and mixed with Hot Sauce

Method :

Mix chicken with the rest of ingredients - garlic, shallots or onion, coriander, sugar, curry powder, fish sauce, lime juice or vinegar, and salt and pepper. Prepare to marinate for 120-180 minutes. Put all the bamboo skewers in hot water and wait for 35 minutes. Warm the grill for barbecue. At the end of each skewer, thread four meat cubes. Get all the skewer brush with oil. Hot grill for 6 minutes and turn skewer around the hot grill to prevent overcook. Garnish skewer with the finish chopped cucumber and onion. Now Chicken Satay is ready to serve with hot sauce.
