Pork With Vegetables Recipes

Ingredients :

pork fillet, thinly shredded

vegetable oil

shallots, finely chopped

chopped fresh root ginger

bean sprouts

small red pepper, cored and thinly sliced

spring onions, shredded

soy sauce

coriander sprigs, to garnish

salt and freshly ground black pepper

Method :
  1. In a bowl, season pork with salt and pepper and leave for 10-15 minutes.

  2. Heat oil in a wok or frying pan and stir fry shallots and ginger for about 1 minute.

  3. Add pork and stir fry for 2-3 minutes, until shreds are separated and pork turns almost white in color.

  4. Add beans sprouts, red pepper, spring onions and soy sauce and stir fry for a further 2-3 minutes.

  5. Garnish with coriander sprigs and serve at once.

Serves 4
