Stir Fried Mixed Vegetables Recipes

Ingredients :

200g cauliflower (chopped)

1 stalk lemon grass (finely chopped)

50g long beans (cut into 6cm sections)

1 carrot (julienned)

4 fried bean curds (diced)

1 stalk parsley, 1 stalk coriander leaves (all chopped)

1 tsp honey

2 tsp oyster sauce

3 shallots, 3 cloves garlic, 4cm ginger (all thinly sliced)

1 tbsp sesame oil

150ml vegetable stock

1 tbsp cornflour

2 tbsp oyster sauce

1 tsp lemon juice

1 tsp sambal belacan powder

salt and pepper to taste

Method :

Combine bean curds with oyster sauce, honey, parsley and coriander leaves. Set aside. Heat oil, stir-fry sliced ingredients. Add vegetables in batches. Stir-fry until vegetables are heated through. Stir in vegetable stock, cornflour, lemon juice, sambal belacan powder and bean curd mixture. Stir until sauce thickens. Add salt and pepper. Serve hot.
