Bashed Neeps Recipe

Peel 3 swedes and cut them into eights. Add to a large pan of boiling water and cook, covered for 10-15 minutes, or until tender. Drain well and place in a food processor with 40g (1.25 oz) butter and 1 tablespoon cream. Season with salt and freshly ground black pepper. Process until smooth and serve hot.

Serves 4
