Turnip and Leek Puree Recipe

Cover 6 peeled, quartered turnips with water in a pan. Bring to the boil and add 1 finely sliced leek. Cook for 15 minutes, or until tender. Drain and place in a food processor with 2 tablespoons crème fraiche or sour cream. Season with salt and pepper, and process until smooth. Serve immediately.
