Salmon Mornay Recipes

Ingredients :

440g can salmon

4 spring onions (shallots), chopped

4 tbsp lemon juice

2 stalks celery, finely chopped

2 tbsp freshly grated parmesan cheese

1 quantity Cheese Sauce - garnish

2 hard boiled eggs, chopped

Method :

Mix salmon, chopped spring onions (shallots), lemon juice and celery in casserole. Add parmesan cheese to sauce and pour over salmon mixture. Mix well. Bake for 30 minutes. Alternatively, cover and microwave on 'medium' for 12-14 minutes, and then let stand, covered, for 5 minutes before serving. Sprinkle with chopped eggs and serve.
