Minced Pork Steamed With Mushrooms Recipes

Ingredients :


1 tablespoon

2 tablespoons

500 g

Chinese mushrooms

thin soy sauce

tapioca flour

minced pork

salt and pepper to taste

Method :
  1. Soak the mushrooms until soft, remove stems and chop finely.
  2. Season with soy sauce and 1 tablespoon tapioca flour.
  3. Mix the minced pork with 1 tablespoon tapioca flour, salt and pepper.
  4. Gradually add 2 tablespoons water and mix well.
  5. Mix the mushrooms in and place pork mixture in a dish and steam over rapidly boiling water for 30 minutes.

Serves 4 - 6
