Green Beans Porridge Recipe

Ingredients :

500 g

4 cups

2 pieces


green beans, boiled until soft

coconut milk, extracted from 1 coconut

palm sugar

screw pine leaves, washed and knotted

pinch of salt

Method :

Bring to boil the cooked green beans with the coconut milk and screw pine leaves. Add the palm sugar and a pinch of salt. Continue boiling over a medium flame until the gravy thickens. Serve hot, removing the knotted screw pine leaves.

Serves 6-8
